I don't think it's possible, apologies for the disappointment, but due to the high storage that SA2 would take up, it would nearly be half the max storage of Chrome (or almost any other browser) And that's not even taking in the fact of it will run horribly if it does somehow get ported to WASM, due to the poor optimization of Chrome and most other browsers (Probably around 1 fps lol)
And I don't think anyone has started to port the decomp of SA2 to WASM anyways, which means Mister Ellias would have to do that manually, which seems like a pain (Tho I haven't done any ports myself) considering you have to manually upload files to Emuscripten and WASM, which honestly the files for SA2 might be too large for those as well, let alone hosting it on a public website.
Or if you don't wanna read allat: Not gonna happen, SA2 too big.
